- Click ➕ New Case and enter the patient's name — optionally link it to today's board or a current inpatient so the details fill in automatically.
- Choose what you're adding: 🎙️ New Recording (dictate the consult), 📄 Medical History, 🗄️ Visit/Discharge Summary, or + Other for anything else.
- For a recording: tap the mic to start, tap again to pause/resume, then tap ⏹ Stop Recording when you're done.
- Click ✨ Generate — Scribe transcribes it, writes a standard SOAP note, and suggests a differential diagnosis using the clinic's reference library. This saves automatically.
- Review and edit anything before you're happy with it — edits save to the same entry, they won't create duplicates.
- Add as many recordings, notes, or summaries as the case needs — everything appears in the Case Content list, most recent first.
